Your personal data are collected by Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore SAS, having its registered office at 8 Cours du Triangle, 92800 Puteaux, France, and are subject to computer processing in order to manage user access to the BVS Web Portal, administer client, vessel, project, document and task information, and ensure system security and traceability of activities, in accordance with the performance of contractual obligations, compliance with legal obligations, and the legitimate interests pursued by Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore SAS in managing its operations and client services.

Your personal data are intended for authorized personnel of Bureau Veritas Marine& Offshore SAS, authorized users within client organizations, and Salt Technologies Ltd acting as a data processor under the instructions of Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore SAS. They will be retained for a period of the duration of your user account and thereafter for the period necessary to comply with applicable legal, regulatory or evidentiary obligations, in accordance with the data retention policy of Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore SAS. 

Your personal data will be transferred outside the European Union, on the basis of standard contractual clauses established by the European Commission or other appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection laws, available on request, by writing to: https://personaldataprotection.bureauveritas.com.

These data come from your employer, Bureau Veritas group entities, internal systems, third-party providers, where appropriate, publicly available sources.

Your personal data are intended for Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore SAS, Bureau Veritas group entities and its service providers. They will be retained for a period of the duration of your user account, or at least the criteria used to determine that length of time.
